MANAGER – PROJECT
OVERVIEW
Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing and budget of the assigned project.
Enabling the center in managing its projects and coordinating with stakeholders related to the projects
Acting as the person in-charge of projects and conduct the necessary work in project management to ensure progression and achievement of goals, rectifying problems, writing periodical reports to the Works Development Manager on projects progression, and providing advice on project management.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Manage projects, strategies, execution and continuity of projects, dealing with obstacles which may face projects in collaboration with other section heads at the center.
• Constantly communicating with other stakeholders including the contract and finance department.
• Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
• Create project status presentations for delivery to customers or project personnel.
• Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing.
• Identify project needs such as resources, staff, or finances by reviewing project objectives and schedules.
• Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback.
• Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
• Report project status, such as budget, resources, technical issues, or customer satisfaction, to managers.

4-6 Years in relevant field
