10+ years IT experience with atleast 5+ years in Project Management
Experience in .NET/Java/SharePoint related projects is desirable
Collaboration, teaming, excellent presentation and communication (written, oral) skills
Should have worked in a customer facing role for at least 3 years
ITIL Certification will be a plus
Incident analysis and reduction of Ticket should be one the major activity along with Maintaining project related documents.
Work with Quality team and submit all the weekly and monthly reports
Should be responsible for maintaining the Documents and should be SPOC for Audits .
Should be part of RCA discussions and come up with plan in Corrective and preventive actions.
Should be able to understand the team capacity and should act as SPOC for project plan .
Ability to diagnose and solve system problems while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
Adaptable and resourceful, capable of working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines.
Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business and technical resources.
Self-starter and strong self-initiative to meet project deliverables, overcome issues, and effectively communicate project timelines for deliverable and resources.
Function independently with minimum direction; ability to manage timelines, escalations
Work effectively in a team environment spanning multiple locations
Open to travel for short & long-term within & outside India
Open to work in shifts
Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent.
Experience with and/or certifications: PMI (PgMP/PMP/CAPM)/Prince2/Six Sigma (Green /Black/ Master Black Belt) is a plus”” Communicating in Arabic Language would be an Added Advantage.
