MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Manage the day to day store operations, with focus on developing sales and providing excellent customer service, with responsibility for staff development, training and ensuring adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Effectively manage the store staff and supervise their activities.
Responsible for the day to day store operations and ensuring appropriate delegation of responsibilities when absent
Establishing and promoting a good working environment to maintain employee morale and motivation in order to minimize staff turnover
Conduct staff annual appraisals for all staff and establish and maintain regular feedback and performance reviews
Planning, communication and day to day management of the staff rota to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times especially during peck trading periods
Maintains high and constant standards of customer service, after-sales management and in-store customer service.
Manage the store budget and works towards achieving the established qualitative and quantitative sales objectives.
Guarantees the implementation of POS and merchandising campaigns and the arrangement of the product according to the Pandora guidelines.
Responsible to make sure there is no discrepancy or at least minimise the product and cash discrepancy.
Ensure compliance for self and team with labor regulations, procedures, and internal policies (hours, rest periods, holidays, behavior, etc.) and regulations relating to safety in the workplace.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
At least 2-3 years of experience in the role in reference companies in the fast fashion, perfumery or accessories sector.
Knowledge of training and sales techniques
Knowledge of the legislation on safety in the workplace and privacy.
