Core Responsibilities:
- Handling Parts enquiries from customers and Dubai workshop.
- Getting feedback from workshop complaints and suggestions.
- Reporting details of daily activities to the Parts Manager.
- Parts technical enquiries to be forwarded to Sr. Product Support Engineer.
- For Parts inquiries and parts orders contact Sr. Product Support Engineer.
- Follow up the offers, orders, and other related issues with MTU stock controller/ Sr. Product Support Engineer in the required specific.
- Follow up all submitted quotations from your side to Dubai workshop.
- Follow up of parts orders and handling all activities till the parts reach Dubai workshop.
- Follow up back orders with MTU stock controller.
- Supply and ensuring smooth delivery of spare parts to Dubai workshop, on a daily basis.
- To prepare daily report of spare parts activities (offers, delivery, backorders).
- Weekly report of pending quotations, back orders, long delivery.
- Report, if any parts found damage while supplying to the workshop.
- Any parts return by workshop should be approved by the authorized persons.
- Maintaining good relationship with the workshop.
- Any special prices to the workshop to be approved by Parts Manager.
- Ensure and confirm sign on all the quotations by yourself and have to be approved by the Parts Sales Supervisor.
- Any other duties assigned by the management.
Experience
– Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales
– Relative experience in selling Engine/ Car Parts
– Customer Service Experience
